Shipping Policy for 40 Degree Celcius
Thank you for shopping with 40 Degree Celcius! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policies:
1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We are pleased to offer nationwide shipping within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or we encounter supply issues, we may need to cancel your order. In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be refunded within 3-4 business days.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. After processing, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can monitor your order's journey.
4. REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve the right to:
- Withdraw products from our website at any time.
- Modify or remove content on the website.
- Decline any order, even after issuing an Order Confirmation.
We will not be liable for any consequences arising from product withdrawals, content modifications, or order rejections.
5. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel your order anytime before dispatch. If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
6. DELIVERY
We will strive to meet the estimated delivery date provided in your Order Confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, network issues, or carrier delays.

- Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 1500.
- Free shipping for orders above Rs. 1500.
7. UNABLE TO DELIVER (RTO)
In the event of multiple failed delivery attempts (three attempts) or if the parcel cannot be delivered, the package will be returned to the origin (RTO). A credit will be issued to the original payment method.
8. RISK AND TITLE
- Risk: Once your order is delivered to the provided shipping address, the risk is transferred to you.
- Ownership: Ownership of the product transfers after full payment or upon delivery, whichever occurs later.
Packaging Inspection: Please inspect the packaging of your order upon delivery. If damaged, tampered with, or opened, kindly refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@40degreecelcius.com. Replacement or refunds will be processed accordingly.
For defective merchandise, please report it within 15 days of receiving the item.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
- All prices include applicable taxes.
- In the case of pricing errors, we will notify you to confirm the order or cancel it. If canceled, any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
If your order arrives damaged, or if you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@40degreecelcius.com within 15 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process for returns and refunds.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 3-4 business days, minus the shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
